My interest in photography was awakened by my passion for travel. My photographic work captures my interest in faraway places and cultures. One of my most satisfying experience was my twelve months adventurous trip around the world which included travelling up to Machu Picchu and flying over the Nazca lines while in Peru, visiting the Galapagos Islands, Easter islands, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
What catches my eyes are shapes and forms in the natural environment. What I enjoy most are the quiet moments spent with indigenous people, sharing their daily lives and dreams. Traveling in this way allows me to slow down and re-connect with the natural environment while developing an intimate exchange between time, place, and images.
